Maximize Momentum (1 week) - Create a plan to maximize your gains from the Program. In this phase, you'll install Renewal Rituals, learn to switch off and be present with friends and family, and make time for celebration, fun, and savoring the simple pleasures.ĥ. World Class Life Balance (2 weeks) - Lead in your career without compromising a world-class personal life. In this phase you'll release the past, develop a world-class network, and practice Deep Listening, Direct with Respect communication, and the 10X Value Obsession.Ĥ. Interpersonal Excellence (3 weeks) - Build trust and respect by learning how to develop rare air relationships with your co-workers and customers and navigate difficult situations. In this phase, you'll identify your excuses, construct your distraction-free work environment, develop a Monomaniacal Focus on your Vital Few, and install planning, time-blocking, and recovery routines.ģ. Peak Productivity (3 weeks) - Discover how peak performing leaders beat procrastination, destroy distraction, and get big things done. In this phase, you'll develop your Core Leadership Values and Ambitious Plan, and practice Deliberate Gratitude, Absolute Personal Responsibility, Grit, and FearlessnessĢ. Mindset Mastery (3 weeks) - Identify the fears and Sabotaging Beliefs that hold you back and master the winning mindset of game-changing leaders.
